1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999x ("999x", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999x website at 999x.lat, including all casino games, sports betting markets, PKR payment services, customer support, and any other features or services offered by 999x.

By registering an account with 999x, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 999x platform.

999x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 999x, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999x strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification via CNIC or passport is required before withdrawal requests are processed.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing 999x from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 999x platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by 999x action.
• You must not be employed by 999x, or an immediate family member of an employee of 999x, in a role that could create a conflict of interest with respect to gambling on the platform.

999x reserves the right to request age or identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active account with 999x. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering your 999x account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999x account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 999x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 999x support immediately.

999x accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 999x are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit at 999x is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa wallet transfers. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah carry a minimum of Rs 1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the 999x Cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your 999x account balance within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa wallet transfers. Bank transfer processing times may vary. 999x does not impose fees on deposits, but your payment service provider may apply charges that are outside 999x's control.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 999x is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership, is required before 999x will process any withdrawal request. 999x reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual, high-risk, or potentially associated with fraud or money laundering.

999x may suspend or reverse a withdrawal request pending verification. You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with any verification request from 999x in connection with your account or transactions.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at 999x are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, as displayed within the relevant game or sports betting interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or event to which they apply.

All bets at 999x are final once confirmed. 999x does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except where the relevant market or game rules explicitly provide for cancellation (for example, the voiding of a match that is abandoned before settlement is possible).

999x reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded in PKR to the player's 999x account balance.

Winnings from casino games and resolved betting markets are credited to your 999x account balance immediately upon settlement. Live dealer game winnings are settled at the conclusion of each round; slot game winnings are settled at the end of each spin; sports betting markets are settled upon official confirmation of the result from the relevant governing body.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 999x may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional rewards to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

Bonuses at 999x are offered to individual players for their personal use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, whether through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or other abuse strategies, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and suspension of your 999x account.

999x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to a player's account, the unmet wagering requirement associated with that bonus will be voided and any remaining bonus balance removed, but real money balances unaffected by the bonus will remain intact.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited at 999x and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening, using, or participating in the operation of duplicate, shared, or fraudulent 999x accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 999x games, bet placement systems, or payment processes.
• Colluding with other players or dealers to obtain an unfair advantage, including at live dealer tables.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing differences across markets on 999x or between 999x and other platforms.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in 999x games or systems without immediately reporting them to 999x support.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 999x platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information in connection with your 999x account or any transaction.
• Using funds deposited at 999x that are derived from illegal activity.

999x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold and forfeit any balances, pending winnings, or bonus credits associated with such accounts. 999x will report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999x platform, including but not limited to the 999x brand name, logo, website design, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, software, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of 999x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any 999x intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 999x content without 999x's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 999x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999x makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999x disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999x's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the 999x platform, even if 999x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Suspension and Termination

999x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or account inactivity. 999x will provide reasonable notice where practicable but is not obligated to do so where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other players.

You may close your 999x account at any time by contacting 999x customer support. Upon account closure, any real money balance in your account (less any applicable withdrawal minimums and pending verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 999x may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. 999x will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying dormancy fees.

11. Responsible Gaming

999x is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player base in Pakistan. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their 999x account settings, including deposit limits, session loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests submitted by players will be honoured within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, 999x will endeavour to prevent the player from accessing their account and will not send promotional communications. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments to Terms

999x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of 999x after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
